Refund Policy - Tattoo Gizmo

REQUIREMENTS FOR A RETURN 

  • We accept returns of unopened, unused, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for returning items using the original packaging and accessories.
  • Products must be received within 30 days of delivery date. If Seal is broken no return will be excepted on Inkjecta, Bishop, FK Iron and Cheyenne Hawk Brand Products.
  • No return on Custom Made Items*, Books and DVD’s, Closeout items, Tattoo Machines and Thermal Machines.
  • Replacement will be given for any product that may be damaged or lost in transit. Orders must be checked upon delivery and reported to shipping partner if there is visible damage to packaging.
  • Customers have 2 days after receipt to evaluate machine for irregularities. If any irregularity is found, a replacement will be provided. After the initial 2 days timeframe, any irregularity will be evaluated by the manufacturer under their warranty specifications.

  • Once we receive your details, we will get back to you within 24 business hours, excluding Holidays. We'll make sure your refund is processed within 72 hours of receiving it—and in most cases, it'll be in your account within 30 days of submitting the original order.

 

I’VE RETURNED MY ITEM. HOW SOON WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?

  • Once the return is received at our warehouse, it can take from 3 to 5 days to process the return. Once the return is processed, you will receive an email indicating that the return has been authorized and we will process the store credit or money return for the return.
